THE FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES
The leitmotif of the technique are the six basic principles: concentration, control, center of gravity, fluidity, precision and breathing.
A technique suitable for everyone even if rigorous, because as in any discipline, awareness of one’s body requires commitment, determination and perseverance. Corrects postural defects typical of adolescence, counteracts the risk of stiffening of mature age, prepares women for childbirth and helps regain shape after pregnancy, strengthens dancers, improves athletes’ performance.
